SMS Consent & Opt-In
How Navigation Financial Group’s SMS program works
Who this applies to
Navigation Financial Group (operated by SCRAD Management, LLC) is a financial advisory practice. SMS messages from this program are only sent to existing clients who have created an account at fpn.navigationama.com and explicitly opted in during onboarding. We do not send marketing SMS to anyone who has not signed up themselves and toggled the consent switch shown below.
The opt-in screen (exact UI users see)
After signing up and verifying their email address, the user lands on an onboarding form. They enter their first name, last name, and (optionally) a mobile phone number. Once a valid 10-digit US phone number is entered, the consent block below appears. The toggle is off by default; the user must affirmatively turn it on before submitting the form.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Navigation Financial Group at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
No more than 12 messages per year — only important course updates and reminders.
The block above is a faithful reproduction of the actual onboarding form. After turning the toggle on, the user clicks “Begin Your Voyage” to submit the form, which records the consent and the timestamp against their account.
What messages clients receive
- Assessment confirmation (transactional) — a one-time SMS sent immediately after the client submits and signs their financial planning assessment.
- Meeting confirmation (transactional) — a one-time SMS sent when the client’s advisor (Scott Dickerson) confirms a meeting request the client initiated from inside the app.
- Periodic informational announcements — sent manually by the advisor, no more than 12 per calendar year, e.g. an annual review reminder or a contribution-deadline note.
We do not send promotional SMS to non-clients. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, sold, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Opting out
Reply STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message at any time to be removed. The opt-out is automatic and immediate. Reply HELP (or INFO) at any time to receive help information. To re-subscribe later, reply START (or YES, SUBSCRIBE, UNSTOP).
